Vice Chairman, John Matthews called the meeting to order at 3:50 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 1999.
Approved Motion: The club hosting Divisionals may submit financial records to the executive officers for review to approve/disapprove a refund or assistance with monies lost hosting the tournament.
Discussion concerning using Division money to purchase boxes and reels. Tabled until we build up our treasury.
Approved Motion: To set up a divisional circuit for the 1999-2000 years and to continue the circuit each year.
Approved Motion: To allow the Gulf Coast Fencing Club, Jonathan Carr, Coach, to switch to the Louisiana Division. The reason is the New Orleans area is closer to the Gulf Coast club.
Approved Motion: To allow the Memphis clubs to join the Ark-La-Miss Division.

Executive Committee Will include one member from each club in the Division. They members are to be selected or appointed by each respective club. This is an advisory committee with non-voting privileges. |
