Ark-La-Miss Treasurer's Report 98/99

The Ark-La-Miss account was transferred to me August 19, 1998, in the amount of $1359.98. This Amount was deposited in the Peoples State Bank on August 20, 1998. There have been no further deposits or withdrawals.

Shortly after taking this position, I was informed by USFA Director of Business Services, Robert Dumcum, that Ark-La-Miss has $612.50 in escrow with the USFA. This amount is being held due to delinquent financial reports for the previous two years, 96/97 & 97/98. The money due us for this year is also being held until the end of this year, when my financial report is due (July 1999). At the that time, the money due us for this past year will be released to us, but not the money that is being held from the previous two years. The money due our Division for this past three quarters is $264.
