Eight o'clock comes early here on the east coast, but Dorothy & Evelyn were checked in and warming up by that time.  Both did very well in pools, Dorothy was seeded 4th after pools.  It wasn't very long until the news came  around that both made it to the round of 16.  Dorothy lost her next bout to Kelley Hurley (who went on the win the event) and Evelyn advanced to the round of eight.  Multi-time national champion and former Olympian Michael Marx presented the 8 medals; Evelyn was 7th.  She stood on the stage with 4 former members of various world teams. 

Later in the afternoon, our youngest division competitor, Rachel Bell,  entered the youth 10 and finished 19th out of 50!   Way to GO!
