Harkey, Hubbard & Rogers Finish Well in Reno

Dorothy Hubbard was all dressed up with no place to fence. The strips and scoring equipment did not appear at the Reno Hilton until 3pm Friday afternoon. The Women's Division II Epee event lasted until 1am the following morning with Dorothy finishing 11th out of a field of 65. Jack Harkey was primed and ready to go in to action  in Division II Men's Epee'.  Jack finished 9th out of 95. The next day he made it into the semi-final round in Division III Men's Foil, finishing 7th out of 88. Jeff Burton of FIT also finished in the top 8 with a 5th place medal. Lowery Rogers finished up the tournament in the top 16 with a 15th out of 28 finish in Division III Women's Sabre.
